This page explains what RMS Interio collects through rmsinterio.com, why we collect it, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.

Who we are

RMS Interio designs, makes and fits modular furniture and interiors in Pune. We decide how the details you send us are used, so we are responsible for them.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the enquiry form:

• Your name, phone number, city and what you need. The form cannot be sent without these.
• Company name, quantity, email address, area, budget range, timeline and your message, if you choose to fill them in.
• The date and time you ticked the consent box.
• The page you sent the form from and, if you arrived through an advertisement or campaign link, the campaign labels in that link.

When your browser loads the site, your internet address (IP address) reaches the companies that run it for us, as it does on every website. To stop spam we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from that address for up to two days. We cannot turn the code back into your address.

We do not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own. The enquiry form runs a short automated check from Cloudflare to tell people from bots. That check looks at signals from your browser and may store a small file in it for that purpose only.

Why we collect it

• To call or message you about your enquiry, by phone and WhatsApp.
• To arrange a site visit and prepare a design and quotation.
• To carry out and keep records of the work if you place an order.
• To keep the form free of spam and misuse.

We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on the form. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is seen by RMS Interio staff who handle enquiries, design and installation. It is stored and delivered by companies that work for us under their own security terms:

• Supabase, which stores enquiries in a database located in Mumbai, India.
• Cloudflare, which serves this website and runs the bot check on the form.
• Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry), which supplies the typefaces. Your browser fetches them directly, so Fontshare sees your IP address.

We may also share details when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid order from a court or government authority.

How long we keep it

• If you enquire and do not place an order, we delete your details within 24 months of our last contact with you.
• If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as the project, its warranty and our tax and accounting duties require.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what details we hold about you;
• correct or update them;
• delete them;
• stop contacting you. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it;
• record a person who may act for you if you are unable to.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
